Cruise Elite, Inc was born of two experienced agents love for travel. Marc and Marisel together with over 35 years cruising and travel experience, met by chance on board Royal Caribbean's Adventure of the Seas in June of 2003. Their ship board romance has not only brought about a marriage, but Cruise Elite, Inc. a modern online and store front agency run by "Real Agents, who really travel". Since it's inception in 04, Cruise Elite's corporate focus is on our customers. It's not all about price, it's about value. We monitor all cruises & tours we have clients on for the best available price, should the price of a cruise or tour drop & regulations allow us to lower our clients price*, we do it. In November, 2007, Marisel Aleman-Hayes, Vice President of Cruise Elite, Inc of Ormond Beach, was chosen to serve on the Inside Sales Travel Agent Advisory Board for Royal Caribbean Cruise International. Mrs. Hayes was one of 20 agents chosen from over 15,000 nationally for this honorary position. Mrs. Hayes has been the driving force in Cruise Elite's climb to national recognition and was chosen for her expertise in Royal Caribbean's fleet and worldwide itineraries.
Marc Hayes, President, with over 20 years direct cruise and travel experience, brings to the company over 90 personal cruises, is a Diamond Plus Member with Royal Caribbean's Crown and Anchors Society and a Platinum level cruiser with Carnival Cruise Line, along with numerous other cruise lines.
