The company utilizes direct connections to the worldwide Amadeus computer reservations system that affords all agents the fastest and most accurate rates and current schedules.

LARGE AGENCY CAPABILITY
The company is a licensed and bonded seller of travel in the State of Florida, and is an appointed ARC Agency for direct, immediate airline ticketing (not a second-tier, indirect seller of travel, as with many smaller agencies). VAST EXPERIENCE
Ms. Shelton oversees travel operations in the business, manages corporate accounts and special projects such as group travel and meeting planning. Ms. Shelton, an industry professional for 25 years, has previously served as a corporate account representative, a meeting planner and regional sales manager for two major cruise lines. Ms. Shelton also has traveled and cruised extensively throughout the world.
Ms. Shelton is always available to corporate clients, as are the other staff members of the East-West Travel team.
