Born in Miami, I am fortunate to have many friends and family here. After graduating from Miami Coral Park High School, I began my travel career at Eastern Airlines. Time flew by and during the 18 years at Eastern Airlines, I had the pleasure of working with many inspirational corporate leaders like Frank Borman, Russ Ray, Phil Bates, and Bill Smith (who just got appointed Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Crystal Cruises). Many years were spent at Eastern in the Marketing Department, especially in agency communications.

Since Eastern went bankrupt, I embark on a new career in the cruise industry. My first position was with Commodore Cruise Line working for Tom Russell. We had fun selling the Caribe, as many of you may remember. Subsequently, a great opportunity awaited me at Costa Cruise Lines, where I had the pleasure of managing the inside sales department, communicating with travel agencies, and inaugurating the Costa Romantica. While at Costa Cruise Lines, I was offered a great opportunity to work at a new cruise line, Silversea Cruises in Fort Lauderdale, developing and managing the past guest program (Venetian Society) and the direct mail campaigns. After four years in Fort Lauderdale, I realized how much I missed being in Miami with my friends and family. Fortunately, Seabourn Cruise Lines was in need of a marketing manager at that time.

With over 25 years in the travel industry, I have become addicted to travel and cruising. There is no other vacation like a cruise. It is a fantasy that you want to keep remembering.
